What is colorful and tasty to eat – Macaroons. As soon as I saw them in this month’s In Style, I knew I had to have them! An unusual cookie to the U.S., Paulette Koumetz along with French Pastry Chef Christophe Michalak came up with a passion of their own style – macaroons.
Paris has their own version with Lauderee, and now LA has Paulette’s. So jealous, wish there was a NY version! Well – you too can order the these cookies from the pastry shop in Beverly Hills and in many different flavors from Rasberry Rose to Violet Cassis.
